Services
Carpet Cleaning
Our professional carpet cleaning service utilizes truck-mounted steam extraction systems to remove deep-seated dirt and allergens from residential and commercial carpets. Trained technicians apply eco-friendly cleaning solutions that eliminate bacteria and odors while preserving carpet fibers. This service includes protective coating application to extend carpet lifespan and improve stain resistance.
Air Duct Cleaning
We provide comprehensive air duct cleaning using industrial-grade vacuums and rotary brushes to remove accumulated dust and contaminants from HVAC systems. Our process improves indoor air quality by eliminating mold spores, pollen, and particulate matter trapped in ventilation ducts. Certified technicians follow NADCA standards for thorough cleaning of supply and return air ducts.
Water Damage Restoration
Our 24/7 emergency water damage restoration service includes water extraction, structural drying, and mold prevention for residential and commercial properties. Industrial dehumidifiers and thermal imaging equipment identify hidden moisture pockets. We document damage for insurance claims and offer commercial property discounts for empty buildings.
Mold Remediation
Professional mold remediation includes containment barriers, HEPA vacuuming, and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mold colonies and prevent recurrence. Our technicians identify moisture sources causing mold growth and perform post-remediation testing to ensure complete removal. The process follows EPA guidelines for safe disposal of contaminated materials.
Smoke Damage Cleanup
Smoke damage cleanup combines thermal fogging, ozone treatment, and specialized cleaning to remove soot residues and persistent odors. Our IICRC-certified technicians restore structural elements and contents using HEPA filtration systems that capture fine particulates. We provide odor neutralization treatments and coordinate with insurance adjusters for comprehensive fire damage recovery.

I am beyond pleased with the service provided by A-1 Kwik Dry! Jared was awesome! He arrived on time, reviewed the work I wanted done, measured the job and gave me a detailed quote (I had gotten an estimate over the phone). Jared cleaned our living room upholstery (couch and two chairs), plus carpeting in 3 rooms and the stairs. He was very thorough and particular in his work and the finished job looks amazing! Can you get your carpets cleaned cheaper? Yes. Can you get them cleaned better? NO!! Our carpets are off white, high traffic, and over 20 years old, but Jared made them look brand new again

Brett came to do my upholstery. He arrived on time and it was a pleasure to meet him. He is a very friendly, likeable person. Very professional, knows his profession, and explains in detail what he will do and answers all questions. He did the job and got all my stains out and made my furniture look like new again. It looks fabulous and I highly recommend A1 Kwik Dry Cleaning & Restoration. Thank you for coming on short notice too. Amazing . I will be happy to have A1 Kwik Dry come again to do Carpets and Duct Cleaning too.

Jared and Chris were wonderful. Appointment was scheduled quickly, workers were on time. Very nice and professional. They spent about 3 hours cleaning our whole house including two flights of stairs and sofa. Carpets looks and smelled much cleaner. Jared showed a menu of different options which would make this affordable to different budgets. Would recommend these two men to anyone. Thank you A-1 Kwik Dry for job well done.

Brett and Jared completed a duct and vent cleaning for us today and I am super satisfied thus far. Brett got us scheduled quickly and the cleaning itself took minimal time. This obviously wasnt their first rodeo. They were completely upfront about cost, were methodical and thorough in their game plan, and broke down exactly what they were going to need from us to be able to do the work (things moved, etc) They were also super personable and interacted with my kidswhich is always much appreciated. They also offered to help move things back into place for us, which was super thoughtful.

We have used other carpet cleaning companies before and a-1 kwik has beat the rest, hands down. Excellent customer service, quick service, and the cleanest and best smelling my carpets have ever been. They even got a stain out 2 other companies couldn’t. Do yourself a favor and start with this company! You won’t regret it!
