We handle taking the pictures of your property and all of the advertising. We screen all of the applicants, following all Fair Housing Laws. We check credit, income, rental history, etc. and then discuss the results with you, the Owner, to determine the most qualified applicant for your home. We will tell you our opinion, but ultimately, it is your home, and we feel that you should have a say in picking the applicant to live there.

If you just need us to find you a qualified tenant, we offer our Tenant Placement services. Personally showing the property to pre-screened parties (we NEVER give out lockbox codes). We offer a basic package for property owners with minimal needs which includes collecting the rent and processing repairs.
