Realty Executives Central is located in the heart of Clintonville, just north of downtown Columbus, Ohio, and has been in business since 1992. A full service real estate brokerage, Realty Executives Central specializes in scattered site property management for the small to medium sized investor. REC manages properties of all types ranging from single family homes or condos to multi family units.

If you have any questions, or if the situation is an emergency, please contact us directly right away. Some banks provide a service where you can have a check automatically mailed to us each month. Payments will be accepted at the above address during regular business hours - Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

However, please note, we do not accept dogs over 60 pounds or any of the breeds listed by law as being threatening, e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, etc. We charge a non-refundable application fee of $35 per adult applicant. This fee must be paid at the time of application. You may pay with a credit card or PayPal directly on our website, or you may mail a check.
