I cant get over what an amazing job they did! My elderly dog had diarrhea all of we the living room carpet, when we werent home. They got out all of the stains!!! They worked so hard on it, too. Now my carpet looks like new! The carpet dried quickly, as well. They have a customer for life!

We’ve used John M Downey for years and they alway do a good a great job. The tech we use to use retired so they sent one of their texts, Ty Lundby. Arrived when he said he would, friendly, professional and did an outstanding job! 3 rooms and our old sofa and the sofa looks new! Highly recommend him and will definitely request him next time. Thanks Ty!

My rugs were pet stained and in need of a good cleaning, better then what we had tried to do. Downey did a wonderful, completely through job. Even smelled better! Have used them for many years and wont go anywhere else!

Had my upholstered couch and a chair cleaned. Technician was on time and called me when he was 15 minutes away as I requested. Not every stain came out of my white couch, but that was my fault because the couch had never been cleaned before and some of those stains were at least 5 years old. But at least I know that it is now clean. Looks much better. Happy overall with the experience.
