Dr. Parker has owned and operated Brown Animal Hospital since 2008. She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine and licensed to practice by the South Carolina Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. She began practicing veterinary medicine with her late father, Dr. David L. Brown, Jr., at Brown Animal Hospital in 1988.

If your dog has an upset stomach, you can treat the dog with liquid Pepto-Bismol (or a generic alternative). Dose accordingly to the bottle's recommendations for a child's weight. To clean an open wound on your dog or cat, you can use 1 Part Bleach added to 10 Parts warm water. Avoid contact with eyes.
