They're crooks. They were handling my mother's prescriptions when they changed computer billing systems. Suddenly we were charged an additional amount that was not on the previous billing statements. I asked for a detailed account summary many times and they never responded. When involved my mother's lawyer they sent a summary, but only from after they switched billing systems. They never supplied a summary from before the switch, when the erroneous charges were added. I ended up paying the difference rather than be reported to collections. To summarize:

Is a zero possible? Can't handle 90 day refills. How is it that your system and process is incapable of handling something that is commonplace in your industry? Or, is this simply an unwillingness to provide a value added service for your customers?
Opened a branch location in West Michigan and could not transfer my mother's payment information from their Flint location, so full burden on us to update your records.
Grateful the facility where she lives switched service providers.

Thanks for the fabulous support we received getting started on the new Quick MAR system. Joe stood by his statement to be there night or day if we ever needed him. He provided a speedy response to any issues we needed resolved on his end and was very patient while walking me through all the system has to offer.
