Janice started baking cakes with her grandmother as a child growing up. She was in the kitchen on Saturdays with her grandmother baking cakes for Sunday's desserts and making memories. The recipes used were family recipes handed down from generation to generation. These recipes, handed down to Janice, continue to be used today.

Janice has been creating cakes for special occasions - Weddings, Christenings, Anniversaries and Birthdays - since 1994. Every cake is baked with love. Contact us for an appointment to discuss your wedding cake requirements and to sample our cakes. Occasional Cakes offers cake tastings and design consultations by appointment only.
