What happens when you get a bunch of Karens and put them in charge of managing an apartment? you get Rivervue staff. They do not care about their residents, and this is putting it nicely. From unsolved minute issues such as dealing with flickering lights for a year to the absurd rules and fees that they deceptively force on people, there is not an atom of virtue. The constant breach in security and comfort that stems from frequent damage to the doors and elevators is totally not worth the price tag. This apartment has nice buildings but terrible management and I would not recommend.

We leased an apartment at Rivervue for a year and 2 months. When we originally looked at Rivervue it appeared to have all the things were interested in; a great location, a parking garage, security entrances, and a well maintained building. After we leased, however, we discovered that location was the only real benefit of living at Rivervue. On move-in day, the carpet in the apartment had not even been cleaned. A gentleman came in and cleaned only one of the bedrooms, leaving the master as it was, because our movers had already delivered my bedroom furniture. After we lived in our apartment, I

Full disclosure I am not happy with my experience at the River Vue apartments, but I will try to be as honest and unbiased as possible.
Pro’s of living here:
The location is great. You can literally walk to Whole Foods, a great gym (CERA), or like 10 different restaurants within 5 minutes. You also have really easy access to the tollway.
Cons of living here:
It’s not as secure as you’d think in an area like that. We paid extra to have a garage that was broken into and we had several belongings taken. After speaking to the officer that took our report, break ins apparently aren’t uncommon

Not impressed, and not a good start, so far the only positive has been the location, the RiverVue staff in general shows no flexibility to residents or potential residents to make a transition to RiverVue, or help them out with any matters, and I have quite a number of concrete examples to mention. Strongly recommend to read your lease contract in full, word by word, as it's used by the community staff right the day after it's signed aganist any of your valid arguments.

It's sad because it is quite an impeccable complex, however, since we've moved in there have been enormous issue after issue. Starting with the lights, half of our lights were out and it literally took 4 months for them to come and finally replace them after numerous requests. They do not provide new trashcans for the valet service, ours was broken when we moved in and never replaced. On top of that we've come home and found the trashcan kicked over or not even picked up (although you pay the service for it every month). Our filter in the A/C unit was soaking wet leaking when we moved in, put in

Beautiful place to live!! Friendly neighbors and nice scenery but for some reason, my wife and I have been neglected. Should have expected this from the get go but I had such high hopes. When we moved in the apartment was not cleaned well (red flag), our service request are often delayed weeks or even ignored. We had to survive a week of 80 degrees inside in the middle of Texas summer as they sent “request completed” email when no action has been taken and today (Wednesday) I came home to a full valet trash can while every other neighbor’s trash was emptied as is should be. I understand we

The location is fabulous! The convenience of having the bike trail or running trail right outside your door along the river it great. The restaurants surrounding you are incredible. Living here is like being on a vacation! Community is quiet. The pool is beautiful! I really love the area and I thoroughly enjoy our time here!

My husband and I have lived here for just over 2 months and we love it! The people and employees are super friendly and there is always something fun to do in Waterside: delicious restaurants with gorgeous outdoor seating, live music on Fridays, fun runs, apartment events, etc. There is a great mix of people: young professionals, families with children, college students and empty nesters. The Trinity River access right behind the buildings is awesome! It is only about a 10 min bike ride or 20-25 min walk to Clearfork, which has a small but mighty farmers market every Saturday with some truly great
