Kays Funeral Home in 2006. Active in local community organizations and former board member of the Rochester Genesee Valley Funeral Directors Association.

We recently lost my mom and could not of been more pleased with Mark and his wonderful staff. Mark went beyond his job as a funeral director - he was caring & compassionate. He made sure we honored my mom's life the way we wanted. He made a very stressful time in our life so much easier and continued to answer questions even after mom's services.
