Judo
Report
Judo and Jiujitsu are sister arts. While Judo concentrates mainly on the throwing aspect of close quarter battle and jiujitsu focuses mainly on the ground-fighting aspect of close quarter engagement, we blend them both nicely in out teen and adult classes. The throws & takedowns we teach are based on leverage not power.
Tuff Chicks

We are proud of the group of women who train within our academies. Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is an art based on leverage and not strength and women create leverage better and faster than men! Women are generally smaller in stature, but mightier in technique! Our Tuff Chicks train in our coed classes and get together every month to work as a team.
