We train hard but we also like to have fun. Jiu Jitsu is not easy, it's actually one of the hardest sports ever.
Because of that, we like to keep the mood light and fun. Over the last 2 decades we have cultivated a the largest stable of BJJ blackbelts found in the Greater Baton Rouge area. Many holding certifications with the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation and all with legitimate and traceable lineages.

BJJ is defined as Jiu Jitsu while wearing a gi uniform, NoGi is the same class without the classic BJJ uniform. The injury rate IN BJJ is extremely low, especially compared to Basketball, Track, Football, or other traditional sports. We want you to go at your speed, which is why we have more fundamental classes than any other.

JM Modern Jiu Jitsu Provides the top Kids Jiu-Jitsu in Baton Rouge and surrounding area. Our program provides a structured, safe and supportive learning environment for children. We start enrollment of the Kids as young as 3 years old. Classes vary in design and length dependent on age and/or experience level.
