Chris, would not accommodate me for a partial high lite service with a young talented lady foils is what I wanted and she wanted to charge me 95.00 nothing less, greedy.... she let me walk out and lose my business for her new talent as her customer as a business she should have accommodated her customers with whatever they would like that is then good business and professionalism now she lost my business and possibly more, what a shame.

I've been getting my hair done by Anna for years! I've gone many places and have had some horrible experiences with getting my blonde highlights. My color always turns out great when she does it! She is very knowledgeable with recommending products and has showed me how to style my hair easily at home too! I've always been happy with my hair color and she is very attentive with haircuts! Chris and Company opened their salon to us on the morning of my daughters wedding. Our party of 10 was meticulously attended to by Felicia, Anna, Michaela, Hannah, and Anna at the front desk. Each staff member was professional, welcoming, energetic, and kind. Hannah was fabulous! I hadn't cut my hair in over 18 months and she made me feel like a model. Wonderful conversation in addition to a perfect cut, wash and massage, and styled perfectly to go. This was my first cut here and I'll be back!

I called and spoke to Chris today who immediately accommodated me to coming in and told her my experience with an expensive salon that did not give me what I expected and with her help she welcomed me with open arms and I had Michaila. She was outstanding and gave me the cut I originally had wanted from my bad experience elsewhere. I will forever be grateful for both these ladies and I will definitely continue with this classy beautiful hair salon with such professionalism and warmth. Thank you!!!!!!
