I like Powershop Gym for many reasons. Friendly staff, the classes are like a community, and the members are very supportive of each other. The location is good, and the facility is very clean and welcoming. It's obvious Pam and Gregg care about their gym as they are always improving and maintaining it!
A huge thank you to Powershop Gym, Tonya, and the small group training classes! You got me in shape to do my second week-long Canoe trip of the season! This time I walked 10 miles of portages carrying 45 pound packs and paddled over 20 miles! I was able to see the most beautiful scenery that I would have never got to see if I physically couldn't keep up!
