I can't say enough about this gym! After the shut down due to COVID, I started going and taking individual training sessions with Mark and exercising on my own. I had the place to myself almost every afternoon. Mark is amazing! Knows how to tailor a health and fitness program to my individual needs and health limitations!

Great place to work out! Very peaceful and not overcrowded! Friendly people and Great customer service! If you have a few minutes get a haircut or a new color! Great place to work on your tan too! I love the Marilyn Monroe room!

Very nice salon and exercise facility. Very friendly and competent staff and owner. Very reasonable prices easy to get in for appointments. Also offers tanning , pedicures and manicures.

I use TNT for haircuts and Colleen is amazing. I've been going for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone here is courteous, flexible, and posutive. Great place!!
