I moved in in July, and although the air conditioning doesn't work well on the lower floors, and the ventilation is a shared system, the apartment is safe and quiet. The walls are a bit thin, but not too bad. The grounds are well kept and maintenance guys are very helpful. They are cleaning up the riff raff and I have not had any issues with bugs because they sprayed in September.
