Services
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy addresses trauma through bilateral stimulation. This evidence-based approach helps clients reprocess distressing memories, reducing emotional distress and improving relational satisfaction. Our clinicians use EMDR to treat PTSD, anxiety, and attachment wounds.
Sandtray Therapy
Sandtray therapy uses tactile materials to help clients express emotions nonverbally. This method bridges emotional and cognitive processing, allowing deeper exploration of internal experiences. It's particularly effective for clients struggling to articulate complex feelings or trauma.
Professional Consultation
We provide expert consultation for professionals seeking to enhance trauma-informed practices. Services include guidance on counseling ethics, trauma response strategies, and organizational implementation of evidence-based care models for improved client outcomes.

Jan 18, 2019 Report
Whitney helped me out during a very vulnerable time for me. She spoke with me (as friends) about how to proceed with therapy. I have begun my journey into therapy and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. She gives straightforward advice. I loved that she not only recommended/encouraged therapy, but she spoke of her journey as well. As a Christian I appreciate the gospel she shares along with loving and thoughtful advice.
