I have been for red light therapy a few times and the staff is friendly, the office is clean. I plan on getting a massage in a couple of weeks, I hear that is also top-notch!

It has been a long while since I had a massage with Sterling. My schedule and life have gotten in the way. I got off my twice a month schedule for general stress and joint pain relief. I suffered a tremendous traumatic loss a few weeks ago and my entire mind, body and soul are in mourning and I knew that I needed someone I could trust to help me begin to release the overwhelming amount of tension.

One of the best massages I ever got if not the best. Clarisse is knowledgeable and intelligent in finding trouble spots and fixing them. I had relief in spots that I had been putting up with for years. It was uncomfortable at times but walked away with much less overall pain. Was more like pressure points and manipulation. Amazing and I will be back often.

This was hands down the most painful massage I've ever had. HOWEVER, it was much needed. I know that all of my issues were being addressed and they needed to be addressed in the matter in which the professional addressed them. When I got off of that table I felt refreshed. In a way that I hadn't in a long time. It's been at least 5 years that I could go up and down my stairs without pain and without walking sideways. I can't wait for the next one!
