Badam katli is an Indian sweet made with almonds, sugar & cardamom powder. This delicately flavored almond burfi is delicious & rich with a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Crispy from outside and moist, tender and flaky from inside, it is one of my favorite Indian sweets. It is a Mughlai dish and usually made for Diwali and other festivals.

This was a great restaurant for sweets until today. We traveled a long distance from our home to their shop to purchase sweets however when we opened the package it was in we were shocked to find the Khoia ridden with fungus. It was clear that it had been sitting there for quite some time. We are extremely disappointed considering we had shopped here several times before.
When we go to a sweet shop we expect fresh products. We pay a higher price for the quality. If we wanted second hand sweets we’d buy the frozen ones, which are seeming cheaper and better compared to this. This is just sad.

The only thing I dislike about their customer service. Many times it happen you go to the store and put the bell and response come after 5 ~ 10 minutes. There are many situations where there are too many crowd standing in the line, but only 1 people showed up for helping, which sometimes end up spending 30 minutes in the store just to buy sweets. They don't have intention to serve customer with efficiency. Probably they have good customs base and that's why they are very slow and don't care about it.

A gem of a place and one of the bay areas finest Indian mithai shops. It’s no wonder then that so many famous bollywood celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan and many others have visited this place (there are photos on the walls of them visiting). The place has a huge variety of sweets and many Indian families come here during Diwali to stock up on sweets for gifting.
Really liked the Jalebi, the variations of carrot mithai, coconut mithai, milk cake and the donut like sweet. Keen to try more. Also the sweets were being freshly prepared as we came in so the quality was excellent.

During festival went there to get sweets and snacks .. within one week price increased like crazy . They have lot of variety for sweets and price was reasonable before festival and when Diwali came closer the price increased like rocket. There may be man mistake while charging but when I see the bill it confirmed the price increase.

Over 45 mins late on the pickup. The man behind the counter (short middled aged man with curly hair) was extremely rude to me, dismissing me with hand gestures whenever I queried about the ETA of my order. Writing this review before even tasting the food, because just from my experience of ordering and picking food from this place I would recommend it to nobody.
