Rent is due on the first of each month. You can access your account and pay your rent online or deliver it to our office. If the office is closed, you may leave your rent payment in the mail slot outside of the front door. If your rent is past due, a late fee will be assessed to your account. Please contact the leasing department or reference your lease to find out which utilities you must set up on your own.
