She’s not honest I went to resize my bracelet after I asked her for the extra gold at first she said there’s no extra gold then she gave me very tiny piece of gold and she took the rest.

Recently visited this place on a Monday to get my ring repaired. They told me everything would be done perfectly and it would be done Saturday. So I called Saturday and they told me it would now be done Monday. I go to pick it up Monday and it looks worse than when I first gave it to them. I tried to ask for a discounted price because the job wasn’t worth way they were trying to charge me for but the store owner said it was the best they could do . On top of that charged me $9 more dollars for tax. extremely upsetting and I wish there was more they could have done for me.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Honestly, the best jeweler in town. I went to this place to have my watch resize and battery changed. They told me they would do it for me right away and only charge 7 for the battery and 5 to re size my watch. As I was waiting, I looked around the store seeing BEAUTIFUL jewelry and they also customize ! I came back to buy a ring I saw that day and they were really knowledgeable about the products and advised me of great items that would fit my style. Definitely would recommend !
