Services
Asphalt Shingles
Asphalt shingles provide durable, cost-effective roofing solutions with architectural dimensionality. We install premium CertainTeed Landmark and IKO Cambridge series shingles that offer 20-25 year lifespan with optional extended warranties. Our hurricane-nail installation method and layered removal process ensure structural integrity while maintaining property aesthetics during and after installation.
Rubber Roofing
Specialized rubber roofing solutions for flat or low-sloped roofs prevent water accumulation issues. We apply Certainteed Flintlastic SA systems with self-adhering layers, EPDM membranes with 30-year warranties, or GACO silicone coatings that provide permanent protection against ponding water. Non-torch installation methods ensure safety while maintaining material durability in extreme weather conditions.
Roof Repairs
Comprehensive roof repair services address leaks, damaged shingles, and structural weaknesses. Our technicians perform detailed inspections to identify underlying issues before implementing repairs using manufacturer-certified materials. Emergency services include temporary tarping while permanent solutions are coordinated, with all repairs covered under our standard 20-year workmanship warranty.

What warranty options are available?
We offer a 20-year workmanship warranty, with manufacturer warranties up to 50 years through CertainTeed and 15 years through IKO products.

I couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience in needing to have my roof replaced. Not only were they professional in all aspects, they replaced the roof in a single day. The personalized communication and attention to detail were outstanding - the crew doing the actual work was truly amazing, even if they did sound like a herd of elephants taking off the old shingles. It was also nice to work with someone local who I knew would stand behind the workmanship and product. I would recommend them any day of the week!

Was not taking on small projects what kind of company says that to a customer. Very unprofessional.

Went with JP after receiving a couple of bids for a roof and skylight install. The google reviews led me to them. They were about 10% cheaper than the other leading Portland roofing company with great results. They answered all my follow up questions during the bid/contract period and showed up when they said they would, and completed it in a day. Had a friend that just went them too, with similar results.

Everything about our experience was high quality. I received an estimate a week after I had called, and they were able to schedule me a couple of weeks after that. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. The installers finished the project in one day, and there was nothing left behind or any sign that they were even there, except the new roof. I was quoted at a very fair price and it was worth every penny for how smooth the process was. Highly recommend JP & Family.

We used JP & Family after we had significant damage from a storm to our roof. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job re-doing our roof. There was constant communication regarding arrival time and what work was getting completed, etc. They cleaned up after they were done and came back to double check for nails. All the workers were polite and respectful. I would recommend this company without reservation. Its hard to find a company with their work ethic these days.

We were extremely pleased with the workman ship and the professionalism of JP & Family Inc. We reached out to them after seeing some work they did on our neighbors house. They quickly responded to our inquiry about replacing our roof and provided us with a fair and reasonable quote within 24 hours. On the day the work was scheduled to start they showed up promptly and on time with their crew. They took care to cover our plants and patio, so they would not become damaged during shingle removal. It was amazing that they completed replacing our roof in one day. I highly recommend this company for
