This place is ran in such a way that does a disservice to the community. Their back end office work is a joke at best. Their scheduling department seems like they don't know what they are doing. They don't call you back or get you in within a timely manner. Or when you are in transition they make no effort to make sure you get scheduled. I was transferred to a different therapist, and never was scheduled despite multiple calls, I received one phone call. When my son was transferred the leaving therapist had to hand hold to get it done out of the kindness of her heart.

Chuck had been counseling my son for a couple of years and I enjoyed my interactions and the positive effect it was having on my son that when I found myself in need for a therapist I also turned to Chuck for help. His advice and conversations have honestly made our family better.

I would highly recommend Mill Creek Family Services! Ive known and worked closely with the owner Ken Urie for over 10 years as a colleague in the field of mental health. He has the highest regard for his staff, his community, and all the clients that they serve. This is clear in every interaction you have with him and his staff. He values quality in the therapists and staff that he hires and creates an amazing culture for all of his employees. If youre in need of counseling services dont hesitate to reach out to Mill Creek Family Services.

Mill Creek is an exceptional practice that has become a model in the country for creating a comfortable and healing environment for his community. It's also an amazing place to work! They hire top notch therapists who come with great experience and education that is continuously enhanced through ongoing training. As a practice director, I have modeled our practice in so many ways after Mill Creek, as they are a true example of the best in patient care.. I would highly recommend Mill Creek Family Services to people who are seeking out help.

Chuck Bartlett at MCFS is great! My son looks forward to every appointment. My son says "He is really helpful and great with kids!". The help, support, and time he gives my son is invaluable and has been a blessing. He listens, then addresses the needs and encourages, and this has been very successful and helpful. He told us that he sees the change and is very proud of my son. We recommend him to anyone.
