A licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of the Sedona School of Massage. Holly offers a potent combination of hands on bodywork methods and movement designed to make lasting change in the body. She specializes in myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, connective tissue, energy work, healing and movement therapy including aspects of yoga, dance, sensual movement, primal movement and awareness.

A place where we have full permission to move freely, unguarded, release powerful storages of pain and open up our bodies to be clear channels to the divine.

Instructional Parties: $650 for up to 10 people, $45 pp for more than 10. Parties are held on site at your location or at the Anima Flow Movement & Bodywork studio at 1785 AZ 89a Suite 1E Sedona, AZ 86336. A 7 day cancellation policy is required for parties. One half of the total cost is due at the time of booking and is non refundable.
