Eric is always timely, friendly, thorough and very reasonably priced. We've used him for years and always been very happy with the service and appearance of our carpet and area rugs. Eric always does a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. We have 2 dogs and a cat, so there's usually at least one stain to deal with, most recently in the middle of the upstairs hallway.
