Speir Bryant got his start in the industry at a young age as a marine carpenter. Working for one of the finest craftsmen in Jacksonville, he quickly became a master carpenter. After ten years in the custom boat-building industry, he moved onto homes. For the next ten years, he worked in some of the finest homes in the Greater Jacksonville area.
Remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and creating beautiful additions, he learned the importance of custom tailoring his work to each client's particular tastes and style of living. Design became important to Speir during the creation of W.S. Builders. It is the ability to put on paper the client's vision and transform that to a completed project.

W. S. Builders recently completed a kitchen and bathroom renovation for us and I have nothing but praise for their work. I had heard some pretty scary stories from friends about renovations and I am happy to say that our new kitchen and bathroom were completed two weeks ahead of schedule. Not only was Speir and his crew dependable and efficient, but the quality of the work done was excellent.
