I am so disappointed. I used to shop here all of the time for big t-shirt orders and they used to do an excellent job every time. I recently places two big orders. On the first one, the logos began coming off in the first wash even though they were washed inside out on gentle woth gentle detergent and no fabric softener. They were also hung to dry. I told them about it three times and they didn't really care. They didn't offer to remake or replace a single shirt. On my second order, I had to remind them several times to make sure the logos wouldn't wash off. I ordered the super soft shirts and

Woman on the phone acted like I was the biggest hassle to deal with I just asked for some prices. Rude workers that faked taking my information and didn't know anymore about the stuff they do there than I do.

Employee wouldn't get off her cell phone to help us. We were there to buy not browse. Called ahead--(they knew we were coming) and still wasted our time.. absolutely an unacceptable way to handle a business. I'll never go back and will be sure to tell others to not waste their time.
