The first thing you'll notice when we chat on the phone is my accent! I'm British and moved from the UK to Rye, NY in 2005 when my kids were 5 and 7 years old. Fast forward to 2021 and I still have my accent, although the kids lost theirs within a few weeks of arriving!
We're now US citizens, my daughter graduated college in 2019 and is a Registered Pediatric Dietitian, and my son graduated college in May this year - how did that happen?! Believe me, the empty nest comes around quicker than you expect so don't wait to capture your growing children.Each season offers a different, but equally beautiful backdrop for an outdoor session with me!

I cannot say enough good things about Jo. She not only took beautiful pictures of our family but also helped me the day of the shoot to style our outfits. We have two very active kids under 4 years and she still managed to capture some beautiful pictures! Jo will definitely be taking our pictures over and over again!

You're not only looking for photos of your newborn baby, but also the special moments with each family member and the family all together. If siblings are involved, I usually start off with those photos and then they can go and play if we've lost their attention - they can always come back later! I love involving family pets too, so any four-legged members of the family are welcome to join in.
