The staff and service at Riverview Pharmacy is nothing short of absolutely great! I made an appointment THIS MORNING for the Moderna booster for TODAY at 2:45pm. I got there a few mins early but there were a couple people already waiting. The phone is ringing off the hook asking about testing and the vaccine shots. Every staff member was patient and courteous with every interaction they had in person or on the phone. I can't say enough good things about this place! The community is so thankful for their wonderful service in every aspect of the business. I was back in my car driving home by 3:10pm

My son had a 4:30 appointment for a booster today. Spent one hour and 15 minutes to get the shot. Store was quite full between people getting vaccine and getting tested. Not much social distancing according to my son.

I found this gem of a pharmacy early December when I wanted a Covid test. The staff was efficient in helping me. Got my results in 24 hours. Returned today for my booster and had an equally pleasant experience. Efficient, professional and clearly in touch with the needs of their regular customers.

Harsh and his staff are so kind hearted, understanding, and very helpful. They really care about you and your well being. Every time I go there I'm greeted with respect and a smile. The pharmacy has amazing products that are very well priced. What more could you ask for in a business like this?! Truly a great pharmacy!

Have waited at front door SO MANY times for them to open on time. They are so late Many times a half hour!!! The owner is never apologetic. He just goes inside and NEVER says good morning! In this day and age good customer service means something. The last time that I actually waited for some thing he was arguing with another customer on the telephone because he was having trouble reading some thing and he kept repeating himself over and over that he kept getting the same thing from an email while we were standing on a line.They need better customer service and they need to open on time
