Arlington Realty Property Management was founded in 1984 to accommodate the growing need for a dynamic, full-service family owned and operated Management Company that specialized in income producing real estate. Arlington Realty Property Management can manage the entire process of identifying, buying, leasing, managing and selling rental properties in Arlington, Virginia and surrounding areas.

That is correct, we will pay you up to $750 for each property referred. So, if one of your clients has 10 properties, you would receive a check for $7,500, within the top tier property referral. See chart below for more details. When you refer someone to us, our professional management team will insure that you look good.

Our application process takes up to 72 hours; once all applications for a residence are processed, we place the property under the status, "Application Registered" until your application is fully approved. All maintenance requests must be submitted through your tenant portal that will be created once you are fully approved and move into your new home.
