Common culprits are sitting at a computer too long, sleeping on a fat pillow that doesn't support the proper curves of your neck, or leaning forward slightly at the waist for hours at a kitchen counter or work bench.

You will have a consultation with Dr. Ellis or Dr. Simpson to discuss your health concerns. This helps our doctors know if your condition will respond well to chiropractic care or if they will refer you to a different doctor. A good consultation will give 80% of the information needed to make an accurate diagnosis.
