Here in Redwood Falls, there are few options available to you when you're looking to get in shape and improve your health. Most of these options leave you on your own to figure it out. The reality is this, you haven't figured it out so far - why is now any different? When you walk into Functional Fitness, you won't see long lines of machines.
Semi-Private Training

Functional Fitness Semi-Private Training is for anybody who wants the personal training experience, but doesn't want the personal training price. Everybody who takes part in this program gets their own personalized program designed to get you to meet your goals. Before the training ever starts, we take everybody through an extensive Success Session.
Team Training

Functional Fitness Team Training is for busy women and men who want a results driven, effective and efficient workout without having to worry about a thing. Just show up, work out with highly trained coaches, and reap the benefits. This program uses a multi-level system to give the appropriate stimulus to ANY FITNESS LEVEL.
Nutrition Coaching

Despite Ashley's move to Mississippi, she is still our go-to for Functional Fitness Nutrition Coaching. Because she knows what she's talking about -- she's done the training & has worked with numerous clients over the years to get them the results they're looking for. She's up to date on research and understands that how you feel is more than what you eat.
Athlete Training

We limit our training session sizes, so each athlete can get the individual attention he or she deserves. Our programming progresses throughout the summer as the child improves and is individualized to each child. We don't give drills to kids to that are not developmentally ready for those drills. We talk nutrition because its not just what you do in the gym, it's also how you fuel your body.

Highly recommend Functional Fitness. I have been a member since Nov. 2011 and will continue with this membership. I continue to learn new information on nutrition, exercise, eating habits, handling stress, sleep habits, and weight loss to name a few things. The focus here is not just on weight loss or exercise. It is on establishing good practices and goals that help me to be successful each day. The coaching staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Also cheerful 😁, but do hold me accountable! They are there to help with training to insure proper execution. They encourage extra activity outside

I have been around Functional Fitness for years. I took a break and came back because I missed the structured training, the amazing coaches and just being around people with the same fitness goals as me. I love how knowledgeable all the coaches are in so many areas of health & fitness! I also love having the option for semi private sessions when I want to go that extra mile! FF is my favorite place to be! It must be since I get up at 4:43 am to work out there!! (and I’m not a morning person!!) Thanks to all the coaches for being so supportive!!

Functional Fitness is meeting the needs of so many people of all ages, fitness levels and abilities! The excellent coaches take a personal interest in their clients to help them reach their individual goals realistically and safely. The coaches are warehouses of information in all areas of fitness, exercise, strength training, health & nutrition, and overall wellness. The environment is extremely friendly, informal, non-judgemental and comfortable.

Functional Fitness is awesome!! I was invited to join a 4-week challenge with them and I'm so glad I said yes. I've heard before that it takes 21 days to create a habit. Four weeks of excellent workouts and clean nutrition have made me feel so good that I'm dedicated to keeping these habits from now on! The coaches at FF are incredibly helpful and always happy to answer any questions you might have. If you're thinking about becoming a member, DO IT!

I have joined functional fitness in the past but have found the newest challenge great. The apps they partner with were so user friendly and really made it easy to track successes, have access to nutrition information and tips, and ask questions and get a timely response from coaches! I love having the option to go at convenient times- 3 different night workouts! Having options is great! I used to not like the idea of working out in a group but love the people at functional fitness. Everyone goes at their own level, no judging, and other members are super friendly!

I loved being a part of the Rock Your Jeans challenge! The coaches were amazing and extremely helpful! Everybody that works out at FF is welcoming and encouraging! It’s really nice to go into a gym and not feel bad about what you can’t do/what you look like, at FF you are treated like a person no matter what! I want to give a huge thank you to ALL the coaches for ALWAYS being supportive, positive, and encouraging. You make working out fun!

I have been a member of Functional Fitness for about 5 years now. The coaches here are very knowledgeable and friendly. They want to help you reach your goals. They hold you accountable, teach about nutrition, and share lots of great recipes. I have participated in several challenges. They are a great way to get a jump start on your weight loss.

I started with Functional Fitness for the vacation challenge. I love the workouts and the coaches are great! The coaches are very knowledgeable, teach correct form, and continue too push you so you achieve your goals. Great environment and has kept me motivated, so much that I am now becoming a member! This was my first experience with Functional Fitness and I must say it was outstanding!! The coaches are motivating, positive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about leading and maintaining a healthy lifestyle! After a four week program at Functional Fitness I feel stronger, have more energy, have less daily stress and just feel better! A huge thank you to coach Jake for being super fun to work with! I am looking forward to the next three months at Functional Fitness!!!

I got introduced to Functional Fitness through a challenge at work. I continued on with them because they are great to work with. The workouts seem so simple at first glance, but once you go through the exercises you realize how much thought went into the layout to work so many different muscle groups! I love having the coaches there to make sure I'm positioned properly for all the different movements. I'm extremely happy with the results I've been able to achieve!
