Skagit Preschool and Resource Center (SPARC) is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving the Skagit County Washington community. We provide educational, therapeutic, and related services to children from birth to five years of age of all abilities. We specialize in neuromuscular or developmental delays, disorders, or chronic medical conditions.
We offer engagement opportunities geared to support and develop your child's mind and body. Providing emotional support and information for families of children with special health or developmental needs. Our team of professionals will guide you through the process of identifying any developmental delays or disabilities, provide educational and therapeutic services, and connect you with other helpful resources.

Birth to Three

Supporting families is at the heart of our mission. With this in mind, we feel a parent holds the key to our success with every child. A parent's participation helps us better understand the needs of every child and how we can help. Services may be provided in-home, via community-based location depending on the unique needs of the family and child's age.
Preschool

SPARC believes parents and families are a valuable part of our program. Family participation is encouraged as it helps us better understand how to individualize the support for your child. Our Supported Preschool Program provides educational and therapeutic services to Mount Vernon School District's preschool children with developmental delays.
Sparklers Preschool

Applications are actively being accepted for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year (10 - month program). Please note, space is limited. This is your first step to connecting your family with affordable, comprehensive, high-quality, early learning services! The Sparkler's Preschool program is designed to offer inclusive early learning opportunities to kids aged 3 to 5 years of age.
