We will accept a deposit to hold for up to 20 days. If you are not approved the deposit is returned but if you are approved and do not rent the home, the deposit is forfeited. We welcome your pets, however, there is an additional monthly rental charge of $25 per animal and an upfront fee animal fee of $197.
