To keep you and our staff safe, we've made changes to reduce the number of people in our waiting area and other person to person contact. Our Lobby Is closed to the public as a social distancing measure We are maintaining this policy even though the Governor's order is lifted as our lobby is small and we do not want to contribute to anyone getting sick.

We want great tenants and offer a $100 Security Deposit on units marked with *** to qualified new tenants with a well documented 3 year good rental history. We are making repairs, but ask that you let us know if anyone in your home is sick or in a high risk occupation such as medical or high contact jobs.

I put in an application with them uploaded information as needed and they denied me without reviewing all of my documents!!! Iam highly upset said I have to wait 6 months to apply again because of there mistake.. oh yea they block you too so be careful … smh

I've visited some of their properties and they are clean and in fair conditions. They are also affordable. To see a property you leave a deposit of 10$ & ID and they will hand you the key. Once returned you get a refund not sure if terms has changed since I haven't been there in a while(couple of years).

I've been with affordable rentals for 6 years same landlord different house. They are very professional. Joscelyn who works in the office is very nice and helpful, respectful. I've had a few problems at first nothing to major, but they did everything right to make sure I was pleased and satisfied. This company works with you through everything and I really appreciate them so much.

The receptionist was very rude this is my third attempt to try to post my experience but for some reason the website keeps kicking me out I also emailed management or apartments.com whichever one the email went to about my experience she was very rude I asked if accommodations can be made for me since I work those hours from 10 to 2:00 her reply was we don't make response where we don't make accommodations for you is your responsibility to make accommodation for us since you want the house which I found very rude and I let her know ma'am that's kind of rude and I said okay thank you and hung up

No respect or response when you contact them. The people are so rude and disrespectful. They recommend the worst type of people and you have to put up with the tenant who they recommend. If you call them to let them know that you have a problem with their tenant they hang up on you. The worst people I ever dealt with.

My apartment has roaches they don bomb found out its been like this since befor i lived here and they do nun about it everytime we call they say it aint there problem and naibers have 5 dogs and ppl who arent even on the lease they dont fix i just feel like calling the city

I haven't rented from them yet but they have their open listing right outside of their building everyday and you can just go view them during the stated times which I found convenient. They also have rent specials which are hard to come by.

Very rude...lady hung up on me then blocked my phone number. I contacted them regarding 2 different properties 3 days in a row. Each day I was told to call back the next day to see if it would be shown that day. The 3rd day I called and was told that they had been rented after numerous attempts to view the units. Website is very misleading and does not have up to date rental information. Units are shown available but when you contact them regarding the unit you are told it is not available

I needed to down size because i needed to save money to get a beautiful loft downtown.. I thought to get the lowest rent possible for my goal.. So i thought these people could help me. I make well over 55,000.00 a year with a good 10 yr rental history and was denied.. They couldn't even give me a reason why i was denied.. But i toured several of there properties.. For them to be picky about who they let into their properties they should be JAILED!. #1 they have really bad mold you can smell it coming from the basement. #2 their basements is never cleaned and full of asbestos! AND TRASH.. # 3 ALL
