Joiner and Associates was established in 1993 by Hank Joiner. Hank's goal was to provide the highest quality Property Management services in the Athens and Oconee area. Prior to 1993 Hank worked mostly in Real Estate Sales and Investments, helping many clients buy or sell their homes, while working with many investors too.

Generally, if a resident wants to terminate the lease early, lease terms allow for a lease assignment for a fee of 1 month's rent or $1000, whichever amount is greater. You would still be responsible for the lease and rent until a new tenant is found. Please refer to your specific lease in regards to early termination of a lease agreement.

Call our office to schedule a viewing. All showings require 24 hours notice if the property is occupied. We offer showings from 10:30Am - 4:30PM Monday through Friday, and 10AM - 2 PM on Saturdays during February - May-ish. Any applicant under 30 years of age not possessing a 675 credit score or higher may use a qualified sponsor who has a 675 or higher on their credit score.
