DO NOT RENT HERE!
Worst leasing experience I've ever had. Service requests left for months, elevator breaks down every week, staff is rude and careless, and the place is crawling with cockroaches. My roommate had her jewelry stolen from our apartment and I had a package stolen from the mail room. We were also charged a ridiculous fee for "floor damage", that involved a few surface scratches. We are now dealing with a debt collection agency.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Worst worst worst apartments ever. I've lived in 2 of their buildings now. The places are falling apart, multiple hot water shut offs since living here, Cockroatches in apartments. Elevator seems like it's going to break every time you go in. Awful rude careless staff. People that come to fix things in the apartment because they're always broken ask to be tipped to do their job (things are not working properly and you want a tip to fix it?) also I've been asked for money from the concierge staff as well. The location is very sketchy and unsafe. Do NOT live here.

Was going to request an apartment tour after seeing a BEAUTIFUL preview online. Then i realized it was TOO perfect with no photos of the kitchen or bathroom... The website for 63 west realty is "under construction" which seems too convenient, and the email they sent me was going to junk, as well as requiring that i add them to my safe senders list... All this led me to look at their yelp reviews and here I find that it's all just a SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS REALTY OFFICE!!!

They are unresponsive, accident, and unhelpful. They ask for money during the holiday season every time you walk in and they do not protect the space against illegal activity.
