I requested an estimate on a central air conditioner installation. A man named John came promptly to do the estimate. He measured everything and we discussed the work. He told me he would get back to me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later I called the office inquiring about my estimate and was told by the receptionist that she would get back to me after speaking to John. That was a week ago and I have still heard nothing.

If only zero stars were an option....furnace wasnt working...house was very cold. Called this company because they installed the furnace years ago. We were told that we needed a new furnace and the cost would be $3,750 on top of the $100 service. We ended up calling around for second opinions. Another repair man came out and within minutes determined the trap needed cleaned. They cleaned the trap and the furnace is working as per usual...$100 total. I would freeze before calling this company again!!!!

I called to have my central air unit serviced, the good side is they came out the same day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Said I needed a new motor. And was supposed to get a call from someone else to let me know a price for it. Almost two weeks later and no call. So I call yesterday and the lady said they would get back to me. So far not a word. $100 down the drain just for them to come out and tell me what's wrong with it. First time using them and already have a complaint, not good for business.
