I gave a 1 star, Kesha Johnson is not deserving of No Star. Please do not give ur Love One to this Agency. Owner is very Unprofessional. She tell lies she will hang up on u when she is wrong she does not run a professional business. Love helping my Black Business Owners but this Owner Mrs Johnson dont deserve No Business.

My initial experience with Care Bears was good. After being a client for over a year things changed. We had problems getting coverage and was told several times that we would have someone to come and that person would arrive after i had taken care of my mother.
