AC not turning on. Under Agreement Plan,Tech arrived with in 3 hrs and fixed problem. Billy was courteous and advice was helpful.

Can't say enough about Tri-County. I first called at the recommendation of my mom for a service call. Dustin was super helpful. Sadly,. my AC needed to be replaced but both Dustin and the installation crew were incredible to work with. The install team was unbelievably fast, courteous, professional. I'm super happy with both the service and the unit I selected. I've already referred my uncle and my neighbor to Tri-County and will continue to send people their way. Thank you so much!

We have dealt with two Tri-County technicians in the last two days. As usual we are totally happy with the service we have received.they are always prompt as helpful. They are repairing our unit for us in the best & most cost effective way they can for our needs. And of course we love the cookies.😂😂

My annual maintenance today was performed by Brady, with Nick training. As usual, the technicians are extremely polite and keep me apprised of the work they are doing. No complaints; just satisfaction. Same goes for last week’s visit by Corey and Chris. They also completed the job to my satisfaction.
