Chef/Owner Lyndall Locke attended Le Cordon Bleu Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas class of 2004. My introduction to the Culinary industry in 1998 was through Krazy Jim's Blimpy Burger, a University of Michigan student staple. Here, the demanding, fast-paced, adrenaline riddled atmosphere was also filled with artistic freedom and expression.
