I am an experienced and highly trained therapist in Durham, NC, specializing in individual and couples counseling with adults. I work with people in the entire Triangle area of North Carolina, including Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Hillsborough, and Cary, in a private and warm setting. I enjoy helping women and men of all ages to develop new insights, make changes in their lives, and find happiness.

As a holistic therapist, I combine several therapeutic models in order to best meet your needs, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, biofeedback, and narrative therapy. Psychodynamic psychotherapy helps clients become aware of, understand, and experience vulnerable feelings and the underlying dynamics that have been pushed out of conscious awareness by defense mechanisms.
