I called this morning to see if I could get my dog an appointment the lady who answered said she couldnt hear me so I removed my phone case and when I went to speak she hung up on me. I proceeded to call back thinking it was a mistake and they did not pick up the phone. Very unprofessional.

The ladies were wonderful with my dog. The waiting area is a little small but the wait time was short. I have a large dog and her size usually intimidates people but not here. The vet throughly explained the shots he gave her, her sensitive skin allergy, and the new anti-inflammatory pill for her arthritis. He even clipped her toe nails without her putting up a huge fight. I was amazed and impressed. And since she was having tedting done and shots and flea preventative, I wasnt charged an office visit. I will definitely be back.
