I made an appointment weeks ago and on my way there I called to say I was going to be a few min late. When I called they said they had no appointment scheduled for me today. I explained I was coming from almost an hour away and was more then half way there. Instead of accommodating me for there screw up they said sorry and to reschedule. I should have been accommodated for there screw up. Instead I lost 400 not going into work today. That you for running a professional business

Staff & doctor were great , friendly, the initial exam is reasonably priced but for the lab work and any other thing was a bit expensive for me even for the nail trimming. Why can't there be a clinic where you could do things for people with low incomes I Love My pet but I cannot afford their outrageous vet bills.

They were recommended to me for last-minute boarding. I was very surprised by the low cost of boarding. They were professional and very friendly. My dogs came home clean and clipped and most importantly, happy. I am very impressed with the service and will surely use them again. *****
