We invest in well-located quality assets within markets that offer high barriers to entry for new supply. We also place a high value on building long-lasting relationships and have established a reputation for being a responsive and transparent business partner. We are currently interested in acquiring and developing properties that serve universities with enrollments of at least 10,000 students.
