The quality of the carpet is very good. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars as the experience from a customer service perspective wasnt great. I had some questions after installation and was met with defensive and somewhat hostile behavior. Not ideal after spending thousands of dollars on a project.

We've been using J Brooks for years. They've always been able to recommend the best options for our rooms. We've had J Brooks put in hardwood, floor to floor carpet, and designer custom rugs - including a beautiful custom designed "Captain America shield" for my son's room. There's no better attention to detail then with J Brooks! My husband and I highly recommend them.

Ron took quick charge of the situation to help and within a couple of hours only were able to confirm availability of our desired hardwood and schedule to come out and give us a custom quote right away! Jose was the project lead from there on and we can't speak highly of him enough. His positive, courteous and professional attitude sold us from the first minute. He lead
