Services
Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu Massage, also known as Back Walking, uses controlled deep pressure from the therapists feet to relieve chronic muscle tension. Ideal for athletes or those with hip/back pain, therapists use overhead bars for balance. Sessions target problem areas with customized strokes for maximum therapeutic benefit.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish Relaxation Massage employs kneading, friction, and gliding strokes to promote overall relaxation. This foundational therapy improves circulation while reducing stress. Therapists adjust pressure levels to suit individual preferences, making it ideal for first-time clients seeking general wellness benefits.
Hot Rock Massage
Hot Rock Massage uses heated stones placed on key body points to loosen stiff muscles. Therapists integrate stones into hand massage techniques for enhanced tension relief. The combination of warmth and manual pressure creates a deeply soothing experience suitable for clients seeking both relaxation and targeted pain management.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage focuses on chronic muscle tension through slow, intensive strokes targeting deeper muscle layers. Therapists address knots and postural imbalances using firm pressure. Recommended for clients with persistent pain conditions or injury recovery needs, requiring open communication about sensitivity during sessions.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage combines compression, heat/ice therapy, and targeted strokes to enhance athletic performance and recovery. Therapists address sport-specific stress points while improving flexibility and blood flow. Designed for all activity levels, this service prevents injuries and maintains optimal physical condition through customized treatment plans.

I spent so much wasted time and money praying for a good massage going to Woodhouse here in Lubbock thinking that was my only option for a good massage. I wish I had found Luminous You sooner. The massages are incredible, and I am always shocked that it doesn't cost more. If you are fed up with getting mediocre massages around town, go here and start relaxing.

My partner and I got the couples massage. It was the best massage and both my partner and I felt comfortable and relaxed. We can't wait to book our next one.
