I bought my engagement ring from Adele Diamond and was very pleased with the customer service and knowledge provided by Ashley. I went in knowing nothing at all about rings or what I was looking for. I felt no pressure with her trying to get a sale from me, which was nice. She even helped me with insurance quotes on the ring from other companies. So glad I found Adele to have my watch batteries replaced!! They have open display of rings to try on freely which makes it more interactive and fun! Great opportunity to browse while waiting. First, they know their business well. Second, they are very fairly priced. And finally, they are just a pure joy to work with.

My now husband and I picked out my engagement set here. The experience was amazing. A very friendly and funny gentleman helped us. I believe it is family owned and definitely has that feel. Even though I had pretty much picked out my ring within moments of walking in, he had me try on a bunch more. Even some just for fun. If you are in the market for jewelry cleaning and repair I would definitely consider this shop. I brought in a few costume jewelry necklaces to get cleaned and one necklace that was damaged to get repaired. I didn't have much doubt, but I was shocked and impressed to see how well they were able to get them clean, in such a short period of time, especially since I had just attempted to clean them on my own.

I want to thank the folks who own and run Adele at Hilltop. I stopped in by accident just days before Christmas. I was looking for a nice pair of earrings for my then boyfriend to get me for Christmas. I felt no pressure at all and absolutely loved not only the selection but the atmosphere and the decor as well. I had multiple rings cleaned and I left a few rings there to be repaired and appraised. Chris Lyons and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I never once got that uncomfortable feeling of being stalked and pressured like some jewelry stores in the mall. I love the design and decor of this store. Interior design is not my forte so I can't think of the descriptive words to accurately describe the place but the pictures say it all. I really like the glass "wall" that allows you to see into the back of their store where they are working on cleaning and repairs and such. Right

I visited Adele Diamond last night to purchase a wedding band for my fiance after seeing their other reviews online. I worked with Rand and he was helpful, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. I have shopped with Adele for over 5 years now when I accidentally stopped at their old historic home location thinking it was a local pizza place. Chris is an overall great guy that in my case has probably not made much of a profit because I change my mind so much.
My wife has one hobby, jewelry. This used to be bad for me.. but I have learned a great deal over the years and am able to surprise her every time! She has not one taken back anything we have come up with. She frequents other jewelry shops and always lets me know that she cannot find the same items at them. :)

I found their great advertisement and went there right away. It says, ' You can get 3 accessories!' First I thought this is pretty sketchy. Too good to be true. But I was with one of my girlfriends and gave a shot.
It was TRUE! We got 3 free accessories without purchasing. I posted about them on yelp and fb. The owner and a staff are pretty nice. They don't push you too hard to purchase something there.
