We are originally from Seward Nebraska but lived in Florida for a year. We decided to move back to Nebraska and came across Jana Robertson as a realtor in Beatrice and we are glad we did. She was great handling everything for us long distance, doing a video tour so we could see the house, giving recommendations on insurance and other items we needed, getting a new roof on the house for us and even checking out the house after the bad storms in December 2021. When we got to town a few weeks before closing, she kept in contact and took us to see the house in person. We were impressed with her professionalism

I have bought and sold many many properties over the past 30 years and worked with many different realtors. The experience I have had with Jana was by far the very best. On a 1 to 10 scale I would have to give her a 15. She answered every question I had, solved every problem that came up and made the entire process stress free. I only wish I had more properties for her to sell.
I might ad that this was a very unique property making it very hard to sell and on top of that we were long distance sellers (Texas) and still she sold the property for us and made it happen without a hitch.
