Overall the amenities are not too bad, gym, private shuttle bus.
I heard that the shuttle bus even take you to grocery store on weekend upon request at 1pm.
8N internet is not too bad, I haven't had too much issue with the connectivity, though I heard quite a number of residents complained about it.
The reason why I am giving three starts, are for those amenities, especially the shuttle bus service.
Overall it is not a bad place with good amenities, can't complain too much.
But, i guess my issue is, with the new assistant manager (Shauntel Upton) she really is no good fit for that job.

While the location of 8n is convenient the overall atmosphere and price brings the experience way down. The loud building with frequent mechanical issues, like elevators being broken, was just not the best place to come home to relax to. Parking is awful with the garage being a long walk in the snow or negative temps, the actual 8N lot being over a mile away makes it unusable when the shuttles aren’t running. Prices are outrageous for little space and low quality fixtures. Overall would not recommend to friends.

There is a lot to unpack here. While the location and shuttle service is an extremely nice asset, there are many negatives in my experience here as well. For starters, upon arriving to my apartment, it was left in a lackluster condition, with dust and unkept furniture greeting us as we arrived. Poor management that tries to get as much money out of you as possible. The new assistant manager will charge you for everything she possibly can. I had talked to the maintenance supervisor, and he had told me that I would not be charged for decorating my room. So much miscommunication between employees that is hard to trust them. I subleased an apartment at 8N and received the apartment “as is” when I moved in. After I moved out, I was charged for so many unnecessary things that are considered normal wear and tear. The WiFi is terrible and I always had issues with it. The hot tub was closed

Best apartment complex in lincoln!!! Perfect place for students to live with the shuttle that takes you to and from campus and has the best location! Also 8N has awesome management and are so helpful!!

Great customer service and cleanliness is amazing! The management here is fantastic, wouldn’t go anywhere else for this style of living in lincoln. Upscale and modern for a great price!

This place is really overpriced, before we sign the lease they show us a really different apartment but when we move in we really were shocked by the apartment it has no store like what they said it was really tiny even got two the couch was really ugly and uncomfortable . Also, people who worked in the front desk are really mean and racist and the manager is really mean and he has no knowledge about how to treat people they are really rude and in the finals week the wifi stopped working and it take from them two days to fix it! It was really horrible year living there!

Love this place! Safe, maintenance comes quickly, tons of amenities, hard wood floors/granite counters/ carpet in bedroom, sky deck highly recommend.

I lived at 8N for a year and loved every minute of it. First things first: This is a student-based apartment. Therefore, it is going to be rowdy, it is going to get a bit unkempt, and the fire alarm will be pulled in the middle of the night. All of this is to be expected. If you are not in college... go somewhere else.

1) The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Dave - the property manager - is extremely informative, easy going, and easy to talk to. I had a roommate issue early on and he was able to find me a new apartment (all to myself for the last 10 months of my lease) with no hassle to me

I would not recommend this apartment for college students. Over priced!!! They make you pay a whole month of August rent and don't move in until the 15th and you have to move out July 27 after paying the whole month of July. So disappointed.
