Established in 1962, our company has become the preferred property management solution for rental owners and investors throughout Humboldt, Arcata and the surrounding areas. From first time rental owners to seasoned investors, we provide effective, customized management solutions.
Vacancies

At this time we are not scheduling showings for vacant properties. Current vacant properties will have a virtual tour video posted that you must view before you can apply. If a property does not have a virtual tour video posted, please DO NOT apply. After we have received your online application with supporting documentation, we will process it, and if approved, call you for a private showing.

After you have identified a property from our list that you may be interested in please drive by the outside. If the unit is occupied please do not disturb the tenants. If you are interested after driving by, you are welcome to apply using the Apply Now button on the specific unit.
If a unit says Upcoming, do not apply until video tour is posted, the video tour should be posted around the listed availability date which is subject to change based on when the current tenant turns in keys and any maintenance that may need to be completed upon move out.The application fee is $30.00 per applicant and per co-signer applicant, and processing time is typically 7 business days.

We do all showings to prospective tenants in person. If the tenant decides that they would like to apply for the property then they fill out an application. There are three steps we take in processing the application.
First we review their rental history and call previous landlords for information on their tenancies asking questions such as do they pay their rent on time, were there any noise or behavioral problems and whether they did any damage to the unit.Second, we verify their employment and income so that we can be confident that they will be able to pay their rent.
